
NU MAPSCorps aims to hire 50 college-aged people who have at least one year of college and are interested in learning data science, research, teaching, leadership, and/or community/public advocacy skills. Often, historically underserved college students do not have solid internship plans after their first year, and MAPSCorps can provide them with a meaningful, resume-building experience.
The positions that need to be filled asap are Data Analytics Instructor, Research Instructor, Research Supervisor If you have other high school or college contacts, please also forward this email to them.
We are also hiring up to 200 high school youth, ages 14-18, for Youth Researcher positions – a meaningful, academically enriching opportunity to learn to advocate for their community’s needs while also learning data science, research, and advocacy skills.
