Project Description: Teardown of existing vacant buildings and construction of a five-story, 14-unit mixed use building with one commercial condominium and one designated affordable live-work studio space on the first floor. (This is a revision from an earlier proposal which included no onsite affordable housing, and had two commercial rental spaces on the ground floor.)
