Project Description: Construction of a new, five story building with retail, restaurant, and community space on the ground floor and four floors of rental storage above. Storage will be connected internally to the neighboring storage facility in the historic Burrows Building. Access to storage will be interior, with vehicles entering the building for loading/unloading. The developers are proposing adjustable lighting and large artwork for the exterior.
