Our 40th Ward office has received a request for the following zoning change:

Current Zoning: B3-2
Requested Zoning: RS-1 (temporary, reverting to B3-2)
Owner/Developer: DANK Haus
Project Description: Temporary zoning change to a residential designation to allow occupancy of DANK Haus first-floor commercial space by Berry United Methodist Church. No changes to the building structure or number of units are proposed. Berry United Methodist will occupy existing, currently vacant space on the first floor of DANK Haus. Zoning will revert to B3-2 following move-in.
