
On Tuesday, April 22nd at 5:30pm, we’re hosting a virtual community zoning meeting on a proposed zoning change for 1948 W Peterson Ave! Register via Zoom at bit.ly/1948peterson.
The proposal is for a change from C2-2 to B2-5 to build a new 8-story multi-unit residential building with 87 residential units—70 market rate units, and 17 affordable units—and off-street parking for 51 cars. The subject property is a Transit Served Location.
