311 City Service Requests

If you have a service request, use the non-emergency service website 311.Chicago.gov, call 3-1-1 or get the free CHI 311 Mobile App to create and manage service requests. By logging your service requests through the CHI 311 App or website, you make it easier for us to follow-up with City departments and track issues impacting our ward.
