Ald. Vasquez is available for 15 minute in-person appointments on a first-come, first served basis every week.
As of November 4th, Ward Nights will be cancelled until the end of the year due to budget season. Ward night generally takes place at our office (5620 N Western Ave) on Monday nights from 5:00pm to 6:30pm and will resume after the new year.
The next Ward Night will be on Monday, January 13th.

Apartment, Yard and Garage Sale and Permits
A permit is required for all garage, yard and apartment sales conducted on residential property within the City of Chicago. Make sure you are in compliance with guidelines. Our office can assist you with permitting needs.
