On Tuesday, March 26th at 6pm, the 40th Ward office will be hosting a virtual Community Zoning Meeting regarding the property at 5308-5310 N. Damen Ave.
The proposal is for a change from B1-2 to B2-3 zoning, to allow for the interior remodel and conversion of the two first floor commercial units to two 1 bed, 1 bath residential apartments, for a total of three residential apartments on the first floor. These units would be in addition to the three residential apartments on both the second and third floors currently.
