We want your feedback as we consider a new proposal to rezone 2648-58 West Lawrence Ave from B3-2 to B2-3 to allow for the construction of a new 5-story residential building with commercial retail space.
The developer, MLV Properties, LLC, is proposing to construct a new 5-story residential building containing 37 dwelling units with 2,914 square feet of ground floor retail space. 7 of the proposed units will be affordable, and the proposal includes 13 parking spaces.
