The Neighbor Services Coordinator works with the 40th Ward team to address the needs and concerns of 40th Ward residents. The role includes responding to constituent requests over the phone, email, and in-person, communicating with other City Departments to resolve their concerns, and track ongoing 40th Ward needs via our database.
