On Wednesday, February 28th, we are hosting our first town hall of the year at the American Blues Theater! Join us to hear about:

  • What we’re doing to make our community safer;
  • Upcoming infrastructure improvements, like the Lawrence and Lincoln Ave streetscapes and resurfacing and pedestrian and bike safety upgrades on our major arterial streets;
  • Updates on key neighbor service requests like improvements to our tree trimming system and residential permit parking in
  • Improvements to Winnemac, West Ridge, Warren, and Emmerson Parks, plus our newest park, Park 599!
  • Legislative updates on some of our key policies;
  • and opportunities to get more involved in the Ward!

We’ll also demystify some of the main functions of how we serve our neighborhood, including how we decide to spend our $1.5M in annual infrastructure funds, and our process for addressing and solving neighbor requests.

Bring all your questions, concerns, and feedback! As we’ve said many times before: this is your government, and you should have a say in how it’s run. Town Halls are a great opportunity to ask questions, give us your any ideas and feedback about how we can better serve you, our neighbors.

We hope to see you there!
